Andrew Freedman

Andrew qualified as a solicitor at Ashurst LLP and practised as a commercial litigator at Enyo Law. He then joined H/Advisors Maitland as a strategic communications consultant for just over four years. While there, Andrew advised a wide range of clients in a variety of sectors, including asset management firms such as Troy Asset Management, investment trusts such as BB Healthcare and BB Biotech, private equity firms including ECI Partners and Baird Capital, law firms including Howard Kennedy LLP, and discrete litigation projects involving foreign governments, alongside a range of other corporate and financial clients, including RW Baird and Luxembourg’s public private partnership, Luxembourg for Finance.

Following H/Advisors Maitland, Andrew joined FTI Consulting’s industrials team, where clients included major UK listed companies such as Smiths Group, Forterra PLC and Volution PLC, while work included writing opinion pieces for CEOs, creating detailed media strategies and conducting investor audits for relevant clients.  Andrew joined New Century in 2023.
